ARC Raiders offers a variety of challenging missions to complete as you rank up and battle more lethal autonomous threats, but some can be a bit more challenging than others. While it sounds simple on paper, Celeste’s “Bribe Parts” mission requires you to visit several rather controversial and confusing locations.
Completing the “Bribe Parts” quest is necessary to begin the “Amendments” mission. As a reward, you’ll receive electrical components, speaker components, and a useful decoy grenade blueprint. This is an excellent tool for distracting enemies, which are swarming throughout the game’s locations. They can also be used to catch enemy players off guard. Overall, it’s worth completing this quest immediately after unlocking it.
Where to find the locked observation room in the water purifier control room in Dam Battlefield
After accepting the quest, you’ll receive a keycard to the dam’s monitoring room. It can be used to complete the current objective, which involves the monitoring room in the water purifier control room. Without this keycard, you won’t be able to complete the first objective. If you lose it, you’ll have to find a new one. Once you reach the industrial building and climb to the south side of the second floor, you’ll come across a locked room that requires a key to open.

Although Dam Battleground is one of the relatively safe maps in ARC Raiders due to its low loot and level requirements, I’d recommend keeping the key in a secret pocket if you have one, so you don’t have to hunt for a new one later if you die. And before using the key, make sure there are no other raiders nearby who could set up a potential ambush.
If you lose your key and don’t want to spend money on a new one, you can use a few life hacks. For example, Reddit user oMAGICZo managed to find an alternative route to the observation room, but it’s risky, especially if there’s no ally nearby to revive you.
Even outside of the quest, the locked room is a great place to find powerful early-game weapons and other epic (pink, purple) rarity items. While it’s only a mid-value Straight Record, it’s a great addition to any foray into the Dam Battleground. However, you should be careful when leaving it, as there have been increasing reports of players camping near the Dam Observation Room recently.
Where to find the barricaded spaceflight zone in the Buried City
The next stop on Celeste’s quest on the Surface is to reach the Spaceport building in the Buried City and climb the stairs to the sixth floor. While the quest itself is fairly straightforward, the Spaceport building is one of the hottest areas in the region, given its proximity to two other red-loot zones.

To avoid detection, I’d recommend using buildings for cover and minimizing the noise generated by searching anything. For example, ignoring ARC remains. Additionally, using quieter weapons, such as the Teapot or the Hairpin, can help eliminate smaller, noisier targets and ARC vehicles.
Once you reach the top floor of the building, just under the roof, you’ll encounter another locked door that you’ll have to break down before proceeding. Once you do, the quest will immediately be marked as complete. Considering this objective persists even after your death, it’s worth searching the locked room for rare technological materials.
It’s important to remember that when searching the Cosmoport building, there are many semi-open spaces, so you can be quickly spotted and caught off guard by both ARC robots and other raiders. It’s also best to avoid windows.
Where to find rocket engines in the Spaceport
The final location you’ll need to visit to complete Celeste’s quest is located on the “Spaceport” map. Warp there and head down the map from the “Rocket Assembly Facility.” While this location seems the easiest of the three (you just need to get close enough to the required structure for the quest to automatically complete), it’s located in one of the most dangerous areas on the map.

To complete the mission, you’ll need to head to the south side of the left booster (rocket engine), which faces Control Tower A6. Once you’re close enough to the south side of the rocket engine, you’ll finally be able to return to Celeste in Speranza to receive your mission reward.
The “Rocket Assembly Facility,” with its low-level loot, is often swarming with Boombots and Fireballs, which can quickly reveal your location to nearby raiders. Considering this area is typically patrolled by Bastions, it’s a good idea to bring reliable, low-cost gear, or even free gear, to complete the quest without losing anything valuable.
