Arknights Endfield launched with a fairly diverse roster of playable Operators, but many players agree that some are simply better than others. Given the value of Oroberils and Origiometry in Endfield, some players may want to reset their accounts in hopes of obtaining the Operators they desire. This guide provides a brief overview of the reroll process and a list of priority Operators worth pursuing.
How to reroll in Arknights Endfield

For those completely unfamiliar with gacha games, a reroll is the process of restarting the game from the very beginning in hopes of getting a better start . Players typically do this to begin the game with their desired characters. If you haven’t managed to get any of your favorite Operators within the first hour of play, you might want to consider rerolling. Of course, this will require registering multiple Endfield accounts.
The “Recruitment” feature in Endfield will become available after about 45 minutes of play , possibly faster if you rush through the story and skip all cutscenes and dialogue. By this point, you should have accumulated several dozen spins or gacha currency , although not all of them may be for the limited-time Operator.
Here’s an estimate of how many spins you should have by the time you can start recruiting characters:
- Basic Recruitment: 20
- Targeted Recruitment: 7
- New Horizons: 10
These values depend on the free rewards available at the time.
Activation codes
Availability of codes for activation depends on the codes themselves, and most of them may not be valid by the time you register with Endfield.
However, we recommend checking which Arknights Endfield codes are still active to give your reroll account an extra boost in resources.
Is it worth rerolling in Arknights Endfield?

It’s entirely up to you. Rerolling is a tedious process, and the Endfield introductory section lasts up to an hour, so it’s easy to burn out . If you play a lot of gacha games, we recommend having at least one additional email account for rerolling. You never know if you’ll have better luck on your second try.
Which characters are worth recruiting?

This list will certainly change as new characters are added to Endfield, but at launch, try to get the following Operators as early as possible:
| Recruitment priority | Characters |
|---|---|
| High | Laevatein
Gilbert Yvonne Border guard The Last Rites Ardelia |
| Average | Amber
Lifen Avivenna Arc light Ksayhi Alesh Snowy Glow Da Pan |
| Short | Chen
Perlik Wulfgard |
High priority
The high priority category includes three limited-time characters from Endfield version 1.0 : Laevatein , Gilberta, and Yvonne . They will be replaced by other limited-time Operators over time, so keep that in mind. Meanwhile, Ardelia , Last Rites , and Border Guard stand out as the best 6-star characters in the game thanks to the following features:
- Ardelia is excellent at applying Corrosion and Physical Weakness to multiple enemies at once.
- Border Guard inflicts Breach and restores SP, which is ideal for physical teams.
- Last Rites is the best fighter among the five standard banner characters.
Medium priority
All the characters in this category are good, and while some of them can be just as valuable as heroes from the high-priority list, they are a lower priority for recruitment, as you’ll inevitably receive at least one copy of them as you progress through your account . Among them, the following stand out:
- Arc Light for SP recovery and great synergy with Electric commands.
- Alesh for SP recovery and compatibility with most teams (especially cryo squads and Administrator).
- Ember for shields for the entire team and healing for the active Operator.
Low priority
Perlika , Wulfgard, and Chen aren’t bad characters, but the game gives them out for free. Since they’re not limited, you’ll be able to get more copies of them over time. If you accidentally get these characters during your first few spins, consider rerolling.
