The episodic adventure Dispatch is filled with unique characters. Each hero is distinctly different, and when it comes to how you handle them during challenges, some will require a much more nuanced approach than others. The same goes for which tasks they excel at and which are guaranteed to end in failure.
You really should pay close attention to each character when you first meet them and be equally attentive to any new information the game provides as you progress. Each character not only has different stats but also their own unique gameplay mechanics.

Sonar
Sonar starts out with very high Intelligence, though he has more Charisma than one would expect from a man who transforms into a giant bat .

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 2
- Intelligence – 4
- Charisma – 3
- Mobility – 2
- Endurance – 1
Given Sonar’s abilities listed below, it’s best to level up his Intelligence and Charisma; under the right conditions, he’ll be able to handle a wide variety of tasks without much difficulty.
Sonar Abilities
After each mission, Sonar transforms. In his normal form, he has high Intelligence and Charisma. In his bat form, his Intelligence trades with his combat skills, and his Charisma trades with his stamina. When transformed, he can fly and carry other heroes with him, significantly speeding up their travel to the mission site.
He also has a choice between:
- Immune to injury, reduced rest time while in bat form.
- Ability to retry a failed challenge while in hybrid form.
Flambé
Flambé is a fiery and hot-tempered character (both literally and figuratively), reflected in his ability to manipulate fire. His lack of intelligence is compensated for by his excellent combat skills.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 4
- Intelligence – 1
- Charisma – 2
- Mobility – 3
- Stamina – 2
Flambe gains a cumulative bonus to his Combat Skills and Mobility through the ability described below – it’s up to you to decide whether to start with high stats or let them gradually increase over the course of a shift.
If you don’t plan to strengthen these stats, it would be wise to improve his weaknesses, such as intelligence.
Flambé’s abilities
Flambé automatically gains one additional point to his combat skills and mobility after each successful mission, but upon failure, these bonuses revert to their original values. A good strategy is to send him on a few guaranteed successes at the beginning of his shift to boost his confidence, then take advantage of the increased stats in more challenging situations.
Flambe can choose one of two abilities:
- Reduced call completion time and travel time after a successful mission, but if he fails the third call in a row, he will be incapacitated for the rest of the work shift (half of it).
- If he successfully completes two tasks in a row, the rest time is reset and his combat skills and mobility reach their maximum, but if he fails, both indicators drop to one.
In addition, Flambé is capable of flight, so he can perform tasks that other heroes cannot.
Invisible
From the very beginning of the game, Nevidiva isn’t always a team player, but she has a combination of characteristics that allow her to be useful in almost any situation. First of all, she can move quickly and is quite capable of holding her own when necessary.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 2
- Intelligence – 2
- Charisma – 1
- Mobility – 3
- Stamina – 2
Nevidiva is a unique character with a fairly even distribution of stats. She can be developed in almost any direction, and one of her abilities makes it advantageous to make her a hero capable of handling situations independently, rather than someone who constantly requires assistance.
Invisible’s abilities
- If Nevidiva goes on a mission alone , she gets to her target faster and completes the challenge faster.
- She (and companions, if any) gain more experience points for completing quests, making Nevidiva one of the first characters to reach maximum level.
- When checking a call, it can show the number of available Ya-Team slots and the type of crime.
Coupe
Kupe is a former assassin, and she still has all the skills of the trade. She’s fast, skilled in combat, and quick-witted. But don’t expect her to withstand a powerful blow or captivate anyone with her flamboyant personality.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 4
- Intelligence – 3
- Charisma – 1
- Mobility – 3
- Endurance – 1
Kupe focuses on combat skills, problem-solving, and high movement speed. The balanced improvement of these three attributes makes her a highly specialized character with a specific impact on mission completion.
Coupe’s Abilities
The Coupe gains either +1 Combat Skill or +1 Mobility, depending on whether it’s in the first or second slot of a multi-slot mission. This is a good way to slightly increase your chances of success in certain scenarios. Be sure to read the mission description before choosing.
She can choose one of the abilities:
- Ability to retry a failed call.
- Increased the effect of her passive bonus to combat skills or mobility on multi-slot missions.
Coupe can also fly, allowing her to perform tasks that other heroes cannot.
The Bruiser
The Bruiser possesses a powerful punch and a specialized skill set that allows him to withstand and inflict significant damage. He also knows how to negotiate effectively.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 3
- Intelligence – 1
- Charisma – 3
- Mobility – 1
- Endurance – 4
The Bruiser’s stats are similar to those of the Coupe, although the distribution of stats is slightly different. It’s also recommended to develop his strengths, making him a very focused hero with a high probability of success in specific missions.
Pairing focused heroes like Bruiser and Kupe with more balanced characters like Nevidiva increases the chance of successfully completing difficult challenges.
Bruiser’s Abilities
The Bruiser is virtually impossible to injure or disable. This makes him a safe choice for dangerous missions with a low probability of success: in the worst-case scenario, you’ll fail the mission, but the Bruiser won’t suffer any negative effects for the rest of the shift.
He can also choose between the following abilities:
- If a task has less than four slots, the Bruiser can create a slot for himself.
- Instead of a penalty, the Brute receives a bonus to combat skills and stamina when injured. Rest time is also reduced when injured. If you’re willing to sacrifice one call, you can intentionally injure the Brute to make them more effective for the rest of their shift.
Malevola
Malevola is one of the most balanced characters, making her a great addition to almost any mission. This also allows her to be upgraded to suit any specific role, depending on the team’s needs.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 2
- Intelligence – 2
- Charisma – 3
- Mobility – 2
- Stamina – 2
Malevola can develop in any direction, but it’s worth continuing to improve her charisma. It also makes sense to boost the stats your team lacks so they can fill the gap.
Malevola’s abilities
Malevola passively heals one character on the team while on a mission, allowing heroes to be restored without using a limited manual action.
She can also choose one of the abilities:
- Show statistics for the next task after healing the hero.
- Create a portal near the call location for 45 seconds after the call is completed.
Golem
The Golem is a taciturn character and has trouble navigating complex situations. But he knows how to fight and can take a beating.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 3
- Intelligence – 1
- Charisma – 2
- Mobility – 2
- Endurance – 4
The Golem is excellent for combat missions, and it’s worth focusing its development on this area. If desired, you can slightly boost other stats, such as charisma or mobility.
Golem Abilities
On multi-slot missions, the Golem can either give other slots +2 or reduce them by -1.
You can also choose between the following two abilities:
- Fill empty task slots, increasing your stats by 25% for each such cell.
- Redistribute your characteristics once per shift in order to close any gaps (deficiencies) at the right time.
Prism
Prisma is your reliable option for situational awareness in situations requiring diplomacy and charisma. She’s also one of the strongest fighters. She’s also one of the most specialized heroes in Dispatch , but she excels at her job.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 4
- Intelligence – 2
- Charisma – 4
- Mobility – 1
- Endurance – 1
Prisma has high starting charisma and combat skills, allowing her to independently complete missions based on the former. She can also be paired with another highly specialized hero to create a team that excels in specific areas.
Prism Abilities
Prisma duplicates the hero to her left during a mission, occupying the empty slot to her right. The duplicate will have half the stats of the original hero. If it’s a well-balanced character like Nevidiva, this approach practically guarantees success in the current challenge.
She can also choose one of the abilities:
- Duplicated heroes receive full stats of the original, instead of half.
- Extend the task’s duration by a few seconds. But only once per shift (half of the work shift).
Phenomacho
Phenomacho is an impenetrable hero with powerful starting abilities, possessing superhuman strength and great endurance. He is capable of flight and energy absorption.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 7
- Intelligence – 1
- Charisma – 2
- Mobility – 6
- Endurance – 7
Starting Ability: Phenomacho only needs 2 seconds of rest, however, if any challenge fails or is missed by you, he will become depressed and need 45 seconds of rest.
Abilities to choose from:
- Phenomacho rests for an additional 10 seconds and cannot fly, but is no longer depressed.
- The rest time of heroes sent with Fenomacho is halved, but only if he successfully completes the challenge with them.
Apron
Vodoboy is the sloppy janitor in the SDS office . His element is water, which is easy to guess. He has the worst stats of all the characters at the start.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 1
- Intelligence – 2
- Charisma – 1
- Mobility – 2
- Stamina – 2
Starting ability: Waterboy self-assigns when rarely called upon. He gains +1 to his highest stat per summon. He can only be removed from such a summon once.
Abilities to choose from:
- Waterboy now gains +3 to his maximum stat for this summon.
- Waterboy no longer sends himself out on summons. He also heals up to two heroes if they are sent out on a summon together.
Blondie Blazer
She’s a temporary character only in the final, eighth episode of Dispatch, “Unity.” Think of her as Wonder Woman, a female knight, and so on. She can fly.

Main parameters:
- Combat skills – 8
- Intelligence – 8
- Charisma – 7
- Mobility – 6
- Endurance – 7
You won’t be able to choose her abilities, level up her, or anything like that. The following options are immediately available to you:
- The aura that passes through it protects heroes from one injury.
- Blazer flies to call-out locations, significantly reducing travel time.
