Arknights Endfield isn’t just about battling villains and saving the world. Between battles and exploration, there’s plenty of time, and if you just want to relax and enjoy the scenery or capture something interesting, you’ll be glad to know that the game has a photo mode. The game doesn’t explicitly mention it, though, and while it’s easy to find and use, it’s very easy to miss.
How to use Photo Mode in Endfield
On the right side of the screen, just above your Operators’ skills, is a quick access button for the Tool Wheel . Hold this button to open the wheel, and you ‘ll see the “Camera” option in one of the slots . Select it to enter Arknights Endfield’s Photo Mode.
Photo mode’s capabilities are quite limited . You can adjust the camera’s aperture and zoom level, as well as move the camera. There’s also an option to switch to first-person view for more focused shots. Unfortunately, you can’t force the camera operators to strike poses or play specific idle animations, but you can control their composition and visibility.
Endfield Photo Mode has the following options and features:
- Scene controls allow you to show or hide operators, NPCs, factory buildings, and dropped items. There’s also an aperture slider.
- Formation allows you to customize your team’s positions.
- Filters allow you to change the color scheme of a photo.
- Stickers allow you to place a decorative decal on the screen.
Please note that you won’t be able to navigate in Photo mode unless you switch between camera and operator controls. Follow the on-screen instructions to find the button to toggle this option.
Where to find saved screenshots in Arknights Endfield
If you’re playing on PC, any screenshot taken using Endfield’s photo mode will be automatically saved to your Pictures folder . If you’re playing on a phone or console, check your device’s gallery . Alternatively, you can always simply hide the game interface and take a screenshot using your device’s standard tools.
